Happy New Year, friends!
Take a look around the site, and you'll notice a few changes. More information about what it is we do. The product catalog has been reorganized, based on your suggestions, to make flavors easier to find and browse. Plus, I'm super excited to have a few new ones officially on the list! The holidays were insanely busy thanks to all of you, but I managed to squeeze in some late night R&D and craft a few new exciting treats for you to try. The pot roast flavor is supremely yummy - when winter hits, all I want is things that spend the day in a slow cooker, and this bacon will not disappoint! |

Today was day one of order processing, and also my day to test out some new ideas we've been bouncing around. Seems like most conversations lately involve the phrase "You know what would make a great bacon?" So there's a list. Plus, with orders to fill, I got to revisit some of my already-worked-out flavors and have some fun. Take a look!
First up for testing purposes: mushroom and herb. The combo of dried shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and fresh herbs from Eastern Market in Detroit made the kitchen smell amazing! |
